Shipping Policy

Please use a physical address if you have one, PO Box shipping takes substantially longer, and we have no ability to expedite any shipping to a PO Box address. 

US orders:
Shipping costs are calculated on weight and final destination, and do not include any duties or taxes that may incur from your country upon entry. At this time we do not offer any free international shipping.

Tracking orders:

All orders, domestic and international, will be attached to a tracking number. This tracking number will automatically be assigned to your order and emailed to you after payment.

The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight Orders is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time, will most likely be shipping the following business day.  

US orders are generally processed within two days of purchase (excluding holidays), and will arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on location.
International shipping may take between 7-20 business days depending on customs and destination.

Delivery Failure:

While this does not happen often at all, if you receive a notification that your package has been delivered but it does not appear at your home location, please send us an email containing your order number & verified shipping address within 5 days of the failed delivery. If you do not email us within the 5 days, we do not have any ability to file a claim or get your items reshipped.
